The Position:

• Drive a bus
• Transport passengers between airport and the village
• Transport workers between the village and site
• Transport passengers between Onslow, Village, Gas Plant and, on an ad-hoc basis Karratha
• Drive a delivery van/Truck
• Transport food and catering supplies between site kitchen and function locations
• Forklift duties (if holding a current valid forklift ticket)
• Observe vehicle safety regulations
• Ensure personal fitness for driving before operating the vehicle
• For bus driving, ensure passengers wear seatbelts
• Operate vehicle in accordance with state road rules and Site Traffic Management Plan
• Monitor & respond to traffic, road, and terrain conditions

Non-driving Related Duties:

• Assist with forklift and pallet jack duties for Village Operations
• Assist with folding linen in Laundry and linen pickup
• Hi-pressure cleaning of outdoor areas as required
• Utility Duties – Waste Management

Bus Driver Supervisor Requirements:

• Approved Manager Certificate
• Significant experience in effectively managing a team
• Ensuring safety and compliance align with company and clients’ standard
• At least 3 years in a supervisory position

Bus Driver Requirements:

• Ready and able to work long shifts (11-hour days)
• HR license with PTD
• Valid national police clearance
• Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
• Unlimited work rights
• Over 12 months experience driving a bus
